Multiple Objects Per Event - Best practices

This is more of a best practices question than anything else.

I am writing an application using two frameworks. Robotlegs for the flex portion and ModelGlue for the coldfusion portion.

With in my CF controller, I have a method setup to create a user. This method inserts two records the user record and then the users profile record. Now the issue I am seeing is that within the User event, I only have a single object for the User VO. Would it be outside of best practices to have a second Object for the UserProfile? Or would it be better to chain an event that would the create UserProfile the record?
