SignalMediator for Robotlegs 2

Hey guys,

Finally switching to Robotlegs 2. I used Stray's SignalMediator a lot for easy attachment and cleanup of signal listeners on RL1, but there doesn't seem to be an equivalent in RL2.

The implementation is pretty simple - it just reduces the code footprint a little. I guess it's easy enough to just manage all of this manually now?

    Hey Tim,

    It seems to me that all you'd have to do to make SignalMediator work with rl2 was extending an rl2 Mediator and replacing

    preRemove() with destroy()

    Try it out and let us know if it works.

    Yeah, it looks pretty straightforward. Next project I get with a little breathing space I will build this extension!

    (I'd probably override postDestroy, as that's where a mediator's event map is wrapped up)
