RL-Forum Posting Issues
Hi robotlegs-staff,
From time to time some posts can’t be opened. They are
listed under “Recent Discussions”, when you access the
forum in the browser. Usually, they land on the last page of
“Problems” or “Questions” and in the column
“Latest Post” the author is marked as anonymous.
Normal users don’t get notified via email or rss feeds about
these posts, so we can see them only in browser under Recent
Discussions. Since this list shows only 5 items at a time, the
“anonymous” posts disappear quickly. These posts
aren’t spam (I guess), but it seems that the tender
spam-filter is marking them as such.
A recent anonymous post:
What is the best practice to filter data? Brean under Questions:
http://knowledge.robotlegs.org/discussions/questions?page=23
I know that you are very busy with robotlegs2 right now, but when you get a chance, could you take a look at this issue?
Thank you,
Ondina

Hey Ondina,
thanks for noticing this problem.
as a matter of fact, I don't get notifications about these issues,
either. I'm not entirely sure what's going with them.
I'll try to find out how they come to be and what we can do against that.
thanks again,
till

Hi Till,
Thank you for the swift answer and for taking the time to solve this:)
I found a thread on tender support forum about such posts (That discussion is awaiting moderation)
https://help.tenderapp.com/discussions/problems/2576-discussion-awa...
where it says:
“It's not a real moderation, it's just a delay on anonymous or unactivated accounts “
Not sure if that’s of any help to you, but it’s obviously a tender issue.
Cheers,
Ondina

Ah, I just figured it out: The discussions get marked as spam, causing
them to be hidden quite well.
Unfortunately, I can't find a way to be notified of new messages that
are marked as spam, so I don't know how to work around this issue on a
permanent basis.
I have marked all current spam messages as ham, though.
