My company produces a browser based video game in Flash. We are considering using Robot legs going forward.

I am unclear about the MIT License, and specifically about the line below.

"The above copyright notice and this permission notice shall be included in all copies or substantial portions of the Software."

Can we just put a comment on the html page that we are using robot legs? How is the best way to satisfy this requirement of the license?

    Hi. You don't really need to worry about it. Only if you plan on selling your source code - in which case you need to include the license along with your source.
