Tetris figures creation

Hello everyone,
I've started my first robotlegs application - simple tetris game. And don't sure how to create a figures correctly.
1/

Injector.mapValue( FigureVO, new FigureVO( FigureMatrixFactory.getNewMatrix() ) );

Dont like using static metod.

2/

Injector.singleton( FigureMatrixFactory );
Injector.mapValue( FigureVO, new FigureVO() );

public class FigureVO 
    {       
        private var _matrix:Vector.<Vector.<Boolean>>;       
        
                [inject]
        public var matrixFactory:FigureMatrixFactory

        public function FigureVO() 
        {       
            _matrix = matrixFactory.getNewMatrix();// returns a random figure matrix
        }
        ....

}

Doesn't like additional injection.

    TBH I wouldn't use RL for the in-game parts at all. Merely for delivering the game to the user and everything around it: leaderboards, startscreen, etc.
