Hello, Last night I heard Jesse Warden talk about Robotlegs and was very impressed. I have a simple question: Would Robotlegs be appropriate to use for a Flex project that is a rewrite of a large scale back office application?

Any help is appreciated,

Yes. Robotlegs is appropriate for any flex/actionscript 3 project. The larger the application the better.

We are developing a next generation web hosting panel (like cPanel) in Flex. You just need to use good design techniques, adhere to the MVC pattern you choose, and package your application as separate modules. Basically to have it scale better and perform better, take each feature of your back office application that can be modularized and package it as a flex module. This will minimize load times.
