<p>Maybe the wording is bad, but it should be read like this:</p>
<p>"able to send <em>system events</em> that will either launch
other Commands or be received by a Mediator"</p>
<p>In other words, the events would be received by the Mediator.

mediator would capture. I'm not sure if that was fatigue or oddly
worded, or some combination of the two but thanks for
