Getting started with RL2

I would like to get started with RobotLegs, and have been assuming maybe I should go straight to RL2. The only Flex/AS framework with which I have prior experience is Parsley.

The RL1 resources and documentation look more straightforward, especially the working examples. I found and downloaded someone's port of the examples to an early RL2 beta, but am still having difficulty getting them to work with the latest beta.

Is there a reasonable starting point that I can use to learn RL2? If there is no complete documentation a summary of the differences with RL1 would suffice.

    As far as a working demo goes, we're hoping to build one when we release V2.
