<p>Create a lib or libs folder inside your project. Put
robotlegs.swc inside the libs folder. Open the Publish Settings for
your project, click on the icon next to Script:Actionscript
3.0.<br>
In the Advanced ActionScript 3.0 Settings, choose Library Path and
click on the folder icon to browse to the path of "libs". After
you've chosen the libs folder, it should appear in the list and the
robotlegs.swc is available inside your project.</p>
