Is ok place playing sound to VIEW section if have much little sound, responsive to like over button?

   If that sound will only be played inside that view than yes.
   But you can also dispatch an event on mouse over, and have soundService for some sound Manager.

   Yet that might mean using large number Command class. Or is possible one Command class using for many instructions in service?
